Each year, as required by state law RCW 35.77.010, each city in Washington must develop and adopt a Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP). This plan maps out ways to improve and maintain the city’s transportation infrastructure consistent with the prioritized area needs and availability of funds.
